Pneumatic Welding Press
This ultrasonic press can be used to process production parts made of a wide variety of thermoplastic materials – maximum flexibility guaranteed. The UWP performs automated welding, punching or cutting operations with pin point accuracy thanks to precise linear guidance and optionally by means of dynamic force profiles. The UWP is also available with a quick-charge device for uncomplicated and rapid replacement of your ultrasonic stack.
Manual Welding Press
Our manual press is just right for small production systems. The linearly guided triggering of the welding or cutting process guarantees highly precise results despite manual control. When developing the HWP, we paid particular attention to ergonomics. Thanks to its lever action, it can be operated with very little force.
